At Treasured Mints, we work diligently to have our products arrive in flawless condition. Our products may soften during warm weather, even in a warm room. Please arrange to be home at delivery time, or make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended in warm weather.
By completing the ordering process, you agree to pay the appropriate shipping costs once your order is processed.
We cannot be responsible if your package is damaged during shipping; however, please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
Once you have received your treasured order, please take special care with the package. Keep it in a cool, dry place. It is not necessary to refrigerate mints. Open the package with care, making sure the top of the package is in the upright position. Please use clean, dry hands when handling the product.
